Fileshack problem

I've wanted to cancel my mercury membership to fileshack for the last 2 months now. I filled out the cancellation request form last month and they charged me. I just got charged again and filled it out twice more and still getting charged. I don't see any e-mail addys only the form on the site. Can anybody help with this?

Stop the charges with your cc.

I'm using a visa/debit card it will cost me $8 dollars to issue a stop payment. If anybody knows a way to contact them I'd appreciate it. I will do that though if all else fails

You can't dispute through Visa with no fee?

They should do it without a fee, tell them you canceled the service, but the still keep charging you.

That is the form I've been using. The card is tied to my checking account through my bank.
