Files viewable under DOS but on Windows 2000 it is a Logical Disk

But on Windows 2000 it shows as a logical disk. How can I recover my files.. when I use ER Disk from Ontrack it cannot recover. Advise ? But on DOS it shows all the folders and directories.. what happened ?

Weird. I'm not sure what "ER Disk" is, but my question is do you have any disk utility suck as DoubleSpace or something similar on that drive? If Win2k sees the drive but can't access it, but DOS can, there must be some sort of utility or program loaded in DOS in the background.

One other question, how are you going into DOS if you have Win2k installed? Boot disk?

Have you checked Disk Administrator for the status of the disk?
If it's listed as "foreign", have Win2K import it.
