I was picking a few things up at Target today and as I walked past the software shelf I saw it. There is now a Monster Garage video game. Who thought this might actually be a good idea?

lol. How does that work exactly for a video game? I mean, how do you build what they ask and know it'll work? You can't throw that part into a game.

After reading the box I THINK you build the experiments that have been on the show already and that worked.

The world is full of games, movies, book, cd's, and other forms of entertainment that are stupid beyond comprehension. Just look at the majority of shows on TV. This is just another example. These things happen from time to time.

That being said, can this be any worse than The Sims: Erectile Disfunction or whatever stupid one they're on now?

My friends "have" the game and I watched them play it a little. Yeah, the projects are predetermined. It's kind of lame, because when you have to, say, use a torch to cut off a part or the welder to weld it back on, you basically follow a track with your mouse that the game makes impossible for you to mess up. It looks like it was fun for a day or two, and then quickly got old.

To market to the meatheads that wear the West Chopper tees they paid $30 for.

This was just on X-Play as one of the worst games ever. Yeah yeah, I know TechTV. But if you turn off your brain it's entertaining. Anyway the show is cool, but making a game out of it is just stupid.
