file system 32 is courrupt in XP?

Two times in 3 days this has happend to me. I get an error that the file is corript and system cant boot...so I gotta reformat

what's your fsb?
may be worth decreasing the o/clocking to see if that's the problem!

Its a celeron 766...I was upin the fsb to 75mhz. I ran it like this for a long time with no problem. But the last couple days it would hang at windows boot. So now I got it running at the default 66mhz fsb. It reformating as we speak so I wont know right-away if this helps.
