File Spanning over multiple CDs?

What Burning program can span individual files over multiple CDs? I hvae a file thats around 1.4gb in size, and need to bring it to a friends.

Ideas?

i think u'll have to use WinRAR and create two 700 meg rar files and then burn each file to CD

If you have something like a movie, there are utilities that will split up the file into two pieces so that you don't even have to copy it back to the hard drive to view them, ie. can watch from cds in multiple cds.

GSplit works great and is freeware.

And PowerQuest DriveImage 2002 can also create image files that span several CDs up to a 2 GB limit.

LOL! That's the exact same thing I was thinking. I'd also like to know what the name of the utility is. I think I read something about Adobe Premier being able to do this...
