File sharing won't work with wireless network

Hi everyone

My laptop connects to my brother's wireless network and I can use the internet, some sites don't work tho. I can never get it to transfer files, it always fails and it's so annoying!

We both have windows XP and I can browse his shared folders and every transfer just cuts out.

Hopefully No one, unbeknown to you, is limited your capacity to download files.

that's for dsl right? the dsl line is fast, it's the network that's the problem

Optimize it anyway.

And ask your Brother (in the spirit of the Holidays) if he is limiting your Bandwidth!

the dsl line runs fast it's 58k on a 64k line so that's good right?

what about networking though?
