file sharing problem

i have a small home network with 3 computers
they are connected to a hub which is connected to a router which is connected to a modem
i popped in the recovery disk for two of the computers
and set up the network with exact same settings on both
i did all of windows update on both
all three computers can see each other in network places
but one of the freshly recovered computers cannot be accessed
it can be seen on the network, and it can see and access the other computers, but it cannot be accessed by other computers
all three can connect to the internet too
why cant only one of the computers be accessed
 
Internet browsing and updating is different than accessing using windows shares. You must set up for windows sharing between the computers. That one computer may need windows sharing reconfigured.
