I hope this post doesn't constitute for a lockup.
I would like to know what progam most people still use for "sharing" their files on the internet. If it is not listed then please post under this topic.

OK, with all the trouble with Kazaa and the invasion of their offices last week, most of us have already months go diversified to several other file sharers as a backup. Some of the others I have found to be much slower in finding files but at the same time they have a lot more stuff on them. Maybe I just have not been using Kazaa well enough like using their supernode system but sometimes I felt that it didn't have as much stuff as it should have. Mostly I'm not going to talk about what I use but I can tell you this, that the president of my prominent computer club brags about the mp3s he has and he feels as a lawyer that it is absolutely legitimate to have your own music so long as you don't sell it. That doesn't help the pressure that is now being put on Kazaa. The music industry is now going after them really hard even though they are in Australia.

BitTorrent on occassion. There isn't a whole lot of interesting things out there though. Almost all of the programs I use are free. Most movies suck. I don't care about video games...

You didn't have BearShare on the list, so I guess I vote for Gnutella since BearShare uses that network.
