file sharing in ME and win2k server

ME machine cannot see the shared resources(except for the floppy) on the Win2k server, but the server can see the shared Drives on ME. This is a two pc (workgroup) network connected via smc barricade router/switch to cable modem. i have tcp/ip for external network and netbui for internal. I can see both pc's in their networkplaces.
