well i have a stupid question that I know has been answered before....
I have 4 machines all finally on XP. I want to share files and printers between all of them without any prompts for user id's and passwords.
I've read, in old posts, that if i change the user id's and passwords to the same thing on all machines it should work.. but it I tried with 2 machines and it still prompts for the info....
What gets me is 2 of my computers allow any of the machines to have access without any problems at all.... but the other 2 don't....
So i want all 4 to share without any crap...
Any ideas?
2 machines are xp pro, 2 are home.... 1 home and 1 pro are sharing files without problems.
