I just got this board back from Tyan RMA... now i cant install windows...

I keep getting this error during setup no matter what mix of hardware I use.
swapped everything from memory.. hd's... video...powersupply...

Windows XP Pro error..
File \i386\ntkrnlmp.exe could no be loaded
The error code is 7
Setup cannot continue. Press any key to exit.

Windows 2000 & Windows 2000 SP2
File \i386\ntkrnlmp.exe could no be loaded
The error code is 4
Setup cannot continue. Press any key to exit.

Can anyone help? Thanks in advance..
