What I am looking for is a program that will allow me to select a certain folder, and I want a text list of the folder names inside that folder ... just the folder names, not the files inside the folders.

For example, I want to select my "My Documents" folder, create a list, and the list should look like:

sort
excel
outlook
word

Just the names of the folders within the My Documents folder. I tried SFV makers, but they do every file in each folder too, and that doesn't help me much.

Anyone know of anything that could help me?
