The official (that is htat of the catholic church) to number one is no. The reason is God can do anything that is possible. He cannot however do things that are impossible such as make a square cirlce or a femal bull. Such things simply don;t excist. Likewise there cannot possibly excist a rock so heavy God can't lift it and therefore he cannot make such a thing. And no you will not go to hell for asking this question.
