Great movie. One of the few movies where I couldn't predict the plot. And at the end all I could say was...damn!

Fight Club is a fantastic movie! I own a pretty decent home theatre and I can honestly say that no other movie made my speakers come alive like this movie. Not only are the visuals extremely well done, the soundtrack is second to NONE as far as sound effect placement, and overall Dolby Digital effects. The realism is simply amazing. If you do not own the DVD, you must watch it this way. The movie simply cannot be enjoyed in its purest form otherwise. This movie gets my top recommendation.

damocles, you're not alone :) I thought it was really stupid. Maybe you have to watch the movie 18 times for it to make sense and then be good, but most people don't do that....I thought it was one of the dumbest movies I've ever seen...

Yeah I agree, I was watching fightclub and then suddenly remembered that the Teen Choice Awards were on TV featuring Nsync, The Backstreet boys, 98 degrees, and jessica simpson, so I stopped watching it.

the above has been a joke.

"And with that the people who didn't like Fight Club came out of the woodwork and were flamed like lambs on a skillet"

-Anandian Book of Proverbs

It was a cool movie but not the best by any means :p

Yeah, but you have to give a nod to the dialogue. Some pretty sharply witted stuff in there...

If it wasn't for Fight Club, I wouldn't have found out about the Pixies, who play the song "Where is my Mind?" during the explosion and the credits, which is part of the album Surfer Rosa, the second of five that they produced.

Now to the movie. Mind-blowingly fvcking cool. It takes bastardized Nietzsche philosophy and stuffs it down your throat with some of the best lines of dark wit I've heard and constant action. It is perfect for a movie because of the extreme pace and slam down message, leaving minimum time to think for yourself if what they're saying has some truth to it or if they're spewing out sh!t for you to eat up. Also very entertaining, never getting boring, always pulling a surprise out of somewhere, always something to look for when you watch it again, and again, and again.

AMD Junkie,

Dood! You just reminded me of that Pixie song. I was wondering who made that kickin' track. Not only that, I started researching where to get it and found WinMX...this prog reminds me of good ol' days of Napster when I first saw it circa 97'.
