Possible legends? Donovan and Lalas? Can't say I disagree. I mean Valderrama is already a legend card, and Lalas spanked him in the '94 World Cup.

Best Buy offering the same trade-in deal for Fifa 16 that it ran with Madden 16:

http://slickdeals.net/f/8077318-get...xb1-bestbuy-9-6-15-9-26-15?v=1&src=SiteSearch

Trade in a copy of Fifa 15 (XB1 or PS4*) and get $20 trade-in credit plus a $10 coupon toward Fifa 16. Additionally, get a $10 preorder bonus for preordering Fifa 16. Stacks with GCU bonuses.

*X360/PS3 versions get you $15 trade-in credit + $10 coupon

Math, assuming you have GCU:

Trading in Fifa 15 gets you:
$20 + $2 (GCU bonus) = $22 gift card
$10 coupon toward Fifa 16

Applying it all toward Fifa 16:
$60 - $10 coupon = $50
$50 - $10 (GCU discount) = $40
$40 - $22 gift card = $18 final cost, plus you get a $10 reward cert from the preorder.

Hopefully my $10 reward cert from the Madden 16 deal comes in time to use on Fifa 16. If you plan on buying Fifa 16, now's a good time to scour Craigslist/eBay for a $10 copy of Fifa 15.

If any of you want a Fifa 15 disc, let me know. If you pay for shipping, I will send you one. I didn't get this digital (and I hate it!), but I will be getting 16 digitally.

You still get a $20-$22 gift card if you trade in the disc at Best Buy, which you can use on anything even if you buy Fifa 16 elsewhere. That's a pretty good deal in itself. Though if you'd rather gift it to someone on the forums, kudos.

Top 50 FUT cards released. David Silva gets a 1" heigh downgrade lol. Messi still highest ranked (94) and CR7 got an upgrade to 93.

Can you co-op in FUT and earn coins? Just noticed that I don't think you can co-op in any fashion in MUT, which kind of sucks (co-op Madden kinda sucks in itself, but sucks you can't co-op in the Solo Challenges (I guess the name is literal) or in Draft Champions offline mode). Wondering if you can couch co-op or online co-op in FUT. I'm guessing even if you can only the primary profile will earn coins, but it'd be nice if both player accounts earned coins even if you're playing with one team.

I don't think so. Though, the select team screen looks like you could have multiple local accounts. I don't know about online.

So, the Fifa 16 demo is out and the improvements in gameplay are really noticeable. The midfielders aren't morons and the movement on the ball is so much better. My only complaint is they removed the "stop on a dime" move, which accounted for about 50% of my goals.

They have the draft mode available to try and an exhibition mode.

Spent a few hours in the demo so far and the gameplay is great. The draft mode is fairly fun, though I think the limited amount of players available is kind of inflating how good of teams I am getting. I haven't had a team that hasn't had at least two superstar 'forwards' from either Real Madrid or Barcelona, and sometimes 3.

I am really liking the mode and think it will really keep the game fresh.

There are a few tweaks they made that kind of effect things. I haven't played a game where I didn't need to sub at least two players before injuries happened (stamina dropping what seems much quicker than in Fifa 15). The game play itself is really smooth and the dribbling is great. My favorite addition has to be the driven pass though. So many times I have gotten upset because they roll a ball like 30 yards with no urgency and it is intercepted by anyone on the field due to it being slow. Sometimes though, depending on the player, the first touch is kind of off (and that is by design), but I'm okay with it.

The FUT draft seems rather limiting, you only have a set of players to pick from, but I was able to put together a mostly Spanish team which ended up in good chemistry. I guess you can do it that way so your AI teammates can play well with you until you get better players. That was one of the things that bugged me in FIFA 14 and FIFA 15 FUT early on having a bunch of mixed players with < 50 chemistry and having incredibly inaccurate passes, kicks that go a mile wide of the net, and defenders just standing there like a stone on the ground, etc.

Makes me wonder if everyone gets the same set of players in the FUT draft to pick from or is it completely random, I should watch some streams to find out.

The draft mode in the demo is only picking from the players on the exhibition teams I believe. So, the pool is rather limited. In the real mode, you will have a much wider selection of players.

So, put in about 2 hours in the early release. Man, this game is good. The dribbling is amazing and the game is fluid and nice. The midfield isn't awful anymore and the whole gameplay is improved. The players act a lot better with balls (even bad touches, and such).

I've been playing via the EA Access app early access. So far it feels better than '15. It's also a bit more difficult.

Been playing draft. Just got one where I got ToTW Ronaldo and then had to choose between Messi and George Best. =( Also, legends weak link with anyone now, so they are now amazing and fit in with any squad.

They midfield play is phenomenal. World class difficulty actually requires some good build up, though with a good forward, the driven passes just stick to their feet. Pace is a little less overpowered, though, it can still be used effectively (just need the good passing to make the runs).

Wonder if Lewandowski's FUT card price skyrocketed yesterday after that legendary 9 minute sequence.

It definitely appears as though they have made the game a little more realistic. No more getting high paced strikers and sending through balls all game. Requires much more build up play. If you like scoring a ton of goals all the time, I suggest putting it on a low difficulty setting. The medium and higher levels slow the game down quite a bit, takes away the arcade aspect.

It also seems like they made the A.I. slightly less annoying. They don't seem to run around as much, they pass the ball around a lot more instead. It can be pretty difficult to get the ball of them. It is still a bit annoying, but I understand they do it to allow the computer to have more realistic possession numbers.

The one thing I still don't like is the A.I's dribbling ability. Despite the player they are using, they all seem to dribble like Messi, and switch directions, or stop on a dime. I don't mind it too much when the weather is nice and my players get decent footing, but they should not be able to do it on a rainy or snowy pitch. It gives the A.I. a very large advantage if the weather is bad.

I don't think I will be playing the new Draft feature much, cause I don't plan on buying fifa points. However, it is probably a fun mode, I know it was on the demo. I am not much of an online guy. I really like the new training feature though in manager career mode. Allows you to do drills(or sim them). It can break up the long season a little bit.

So, not only do players automatically gain stats during career mode (like previous Fifas), they actually can also gain by you doing the training sessions. That is really nice.

Don't particularly mind the new dribbling, as you aren't as agile (at least, I'm not yet). Though, the more realistic build up is a nice addition, unless you like scoring 50 goals a game. I can score fairly regularly (3-4 goals a game) on professional, but on world class, I am struggling.

I liked the training in PES 2013, it was a little time consuming but you can see the plaers actually do their stuff on the practice field and such. Interactive player training can be a fun aspect of a sports game, I remember one particular NHL game (I forget which year) that you can assign improvements to specific areas to a player (such as improving hands for puck control and passing or skating for speed and agility and endurance or such). Madden has player training too but it's a little limited and costly (requires XP).

I don't have a soccer game yet for either console. I enjoy watching soccer more than playing it via games but that's because I suck at it. I may consider it just to see if I can get better at it.

So, there is quite a more nuanced potential system in career mode. I like it, though, it took me a few tries to get it worked out to make wonder kids.
