Thats true eventhough ive seen it said that charcoal doesn't add any flavor but i know that is BS. I have many grills and i use both. Gas when i don't have time or want a little bit more control of the flame and charcoal when i want to flavor. I have a weber smoker, weber gensis c stainless steal, a weber kettle, and a weber little smoky. As you can tell i prefer weber . You get what you pay for. I did have a fiesta gas before. It was good but not nearly as good as a weber but my weber stainless steal was $850.
