Are you asking about the content or the appearance? The content has almost all appeared on the front page of Digg. The appearance is pretty black, it is fine for a personal site, but you don't see too many professional sites that go with the black background. I kinda like the green you used.
 
Yea, the content is not original. The majority of it are posts from Digg using the new Firefox extension.

I'm confused. One of the options in Digg is to post the story on your blog. How is that stealing content? It is an excerpt from the story with a link to the full story. What am I missing?

There isn't a single word on the site that isn't automatically copied from the original site. It would be one thing if you were just quoting from the original story, providing a link back and then posting his own comments/thoughts on the issue, that could fall under fair use. But you aren't doing that. You are using some lame ass script that automatically rips content from the rss feeds of various popular sites and posts them as your own.

Besides that why do you think anyone would anyone read a blog that just copies content from another site as opposed to just going to the original source?
