Fidelity Freedom 2040 a good choice for 401k?

I graduated college a few years ago, and have been investing in my 401k ever since then. I have a small chunk of change in there, and am currently in their bond fund. I want to change it to something more aggressive, and the Fidelity Freedom 2040 seems like a good choice for me. I am 28, and am planning to retire around 2040, so it seems like it would be a good choice?

Have you tried calling them? I was in a similar situation ... just out of college and wanted some more agressive, gave them a call and they were really helpful. Although, I did do a lot of reading on the side, like fool.com

Having said that ... my portfolio isn't doing all that well :)

I started buying this 2040 fund this year and put 4k in it... returns as you see, via fidelity's account info, looks okay... 4 star morningstar as well for the year, and 3 yr.
