Terminator (T1000) vs. darth vader would be good. I also want to see alien vs. predator but frankly I think the predator would kick its ass fast.
 
I've thought about the Goku vs. Superman myself, but even at SSJ1 Goku would be more powerfull than Superman. When Superman were strongest (they've downgraded his powerlevel several times, haven't read it lately though) he was able to move planets, which I suppose would require more power and precision than blowing them apart but still. Even a normal Sayajin can blow a planet apart (see Vegeta in the beginning of DBZ).

You could choose pretty much any two magical-girls and have a quite even match.

Godzilla vs. some kind of mecha (has been done with Mecha-Godzilla though), an Eva would be cool.

Lina Inverse vs. Harry Potter (has been done before I know).

Gunbuster vs. Eva Unit 1 (to see which Gainax mecha is the best).
 
Rand al'Thor vs. Son Goku : Can Kame Hame Ha stand up to balefire?

Brolly vs Majin Boo

Mat Cauthon vs Donatello

Btw, DBZ is totally flawed. Vegeta was PL of around 20,000 when he destroyed that planet with his two fingers with minimal effort. Then he needed a cannon gun which took all his power to destroy Earth. His cannon gun might have been to kill goku too, but still.

Also, Vegeta was PL around 25,000 when he did his cannon gun. Goku was around 27,000 when he stopped the cannon gun. Now Goku is PL 300,000,000 and fighting buu. That's about 111,111 times stronger then he was when he deflected the cannon gun. Wouldn't the slightest fireball into the Earth destroy the whole thing at this point? Couldn't buu just fart and the entire world would collapse on itself?

I see goku dodging fireballs and crap, but wouldn't those fireballs go into the Earth and then boom?

I don't even wanna think about DB GT.

But then.. it's just a cartoon.. err anime.

Oh yeah, it's no question The Mountain could take anybody on. I don't know, though, if Sandor could take home Aragorn's head. Sandor's diesel, but if Aragorn brings a torch with him, that could give him a good advantage. See, this pairing is much closer than a lot of the ones above. 😀

Why Aragorn? Why not some REAL bad-ass like Glorfindel?
 
vegita's power level is only at 18,000 when he fights goku for the first time.
goku starts off weaker, but then he uses the kaioken technique a few times. 🙂
Goku: 5,000
Powered Up: 8,000
Kaioken x1: 12,000
Kaioken x2: 16,000
Kaioken x3: 24,000
Kaioken x4: 32,000

too bad ozouru (big ape mode) 10x's your strength so vegita was 180,000 then.

ssj2 goku during the buu saga has a power level of 360,000,000.
fatbuu has a pl of 380,000,000
ssj3 goku is 450,000,000
the other versions of buu range from 390 million - 550 million.
