FIC overclocking problems

I have a FIC AZ-11E motherboard with a Duron 800mhz processor, I want to overclock my processor, I followed the motherboard manual and I set all the jumper setting as stated(disabling auto detects, etc.) but it still auto detects and wont change the core voltage or the clock multiplier, any ideas?

Also how would I know if its locked or not? I got the processor Oem from Tccomputers.com, do I need to unlock it? How hard would that be to do?

Check the L1 bridges on the top of the CPU and if they are cut it's locked which they should be but they can be reconnected by using a pencil, conductive pen or a defogger kit.
