FIC nforce2 board the same as Epox?

Browsed through Newegg for nforce2 boards and I noticed the FIC board looked suspiciously like the Epox 8RDA.
FIC board.
Epox board.

What do you guys think?

Looks both the same except Epox has those 2 led number things behind the battery,where the FIC one didnt add it but it's ready for it.

looks like the exact same design to me.

What's the price difference?

That board sure did review well. I'm an Epox kinda guy but if I decide to go with an NForce2 board I will have to consider this FIC board strongly. Very nice.

You can flash the FIC board with the EPoX BIOS with no problems.

Well, the ATX header placement still sucks but it does have other charms that might make me look the other way (like price)

I happen to like the location of the ATX header just fine. I simply lean it to the left and it fits neatly beside my Antec's dual 80mm fan cages, in the gap between the fan holders and the I/O panel. From there, up to the crossbar (which it tucks into beautifully) and up to the PSU. If I only had a digicam...
