OK OP - how do you suggest we change this evil system without putting the world into such an economic depression that it makes the 1920's like like the "good old days"? Or do you think that reverting to a gold standard wouldn't result in that?

You do realize that a gold standard is just another form of fiat money, limited of course to how much of a shiny metal a country has. Why not have a clam standard? A scheckle standard? A tin foil standard?

I do not want to watch a long video. Please tell us what you think. What is wrong with the FED? What monetary structure or system do you the US should use? If the US converts to a gold standard based economy what would happen to money supply?

You do realize the reason nobody is seriously discussing a return to the gold standard in this thread is that it's already been discussed in several other threads. I've already pointed to two other threads that have very similar topics.
