Seems like this should be a yes but...

Does this game support the feature seen in other FF games where you can fight battles with two players dividing control of the characters in your party between the 2 players?
 
You know, I remember something like that from some earlier ones, but I never tried it because face it, they're one player games.
 
Just confirmed that this does exist in FFIX.

In the Config menu there's a "Battle Control" option. You can flip it from Normal to Custom and then toggle which controller controls each character.

And I have seen someone using this before with some chick, heh.

So they dropped it in FFX?
