You can't look at it like that. The Constitution doesen't mention MANY things specifically, but that doesen't take those rights away. The wording of the constitution is quite broad, unless (the issue is) specifically addressed.

I still think my womens' sports bra analogy is good. So some people find them offensive. Who cares? That doesen't mean there should be a law regarding them! :Q
