I'd like to buy an LCD diplay in the next 6 months, but I'd like to get one that features FFD since gamers would benefit a lot from this new feature.

Anyone know of any new model's coming out that will have "Feed-Forward" technology?

when the yields get better...right now about 1 in 4 comes out good. Used to be 1 in 10. Once its closer to 8 in 10 or 95 in 100 the prices will come to the CRT level.

Draco, you're buying in the next 6 months, things could change, as Hitachi has already released a 16ms non-FFD 17" LCD, you don't need to consider FFD so early.

If you need to buy one now, just buy any current 25ms or 16ms non-FFD LCD. They're fast enough for movie and gaming.

My 19" Viewsonic finally died, and Viewsonic refused to repair it... so I was forced to buy a new display recently. I wanted an 18" LCD, but I just couldn't justify the cost. So I bought the best 19" CRT I could think of. The Sony CPD-G420S. Much cheaper, then any 18 or 19" LCD. Very pleased with it so far.

Maybe next time... :)
