😕Hi everyone
All of my hard drive partitions have the following files.
ffastun.ffa
.ffl
.ffo
.ffx
Even my E: partition where I store my drive image back-up.
Can someone please tell me what they are and can I dump them?
Thanks,
Mort

delete away. while you're at it, STOP USING FINDFAST!
to do that:
1. check your startup folder, and delete any find fast crap
2. run msconfig and uncheck any findfast things in the startup tab.

it will make your comp a little faster (a lot faster if you had it re-index often)

yep.. those files are for findfast.. which is part of ms office and the office products.

find fast is also the biggest piece of crap you will find associated with office.. it seems like almost any office error you look up, will be caused by find fast. its best to do a custom install and make sure to leave find fast out. its in office tools..
