FF X-2

just started yesterday, it kind of sucks... any thoughts on that?

FF9 was good 🙂. FF7 was great!

*edit* wrong game, haha. FFX was good, FFX2 I didnt get very into. I think it was cause of the girl characters.

I started the FF series with FF7 thinking subsequent FF games would be sequels. I was wrong about that. But I played them anyway hoping they would be as good as FF7. I was wrong about that too. FFX-2 is by far the worst. I haven't gotten past the intro cg movie. The next great games to look forward to will be:

Lost Planet
Metal Gear Solid 4
Kingdom Hearts III (Maybe)
Halo 3 (The series has become so epic it has to be good!)

Final Fantasy XII (not related to X-2) is available for pirates already. I wish the release date would hurry up and roll around for the rest of us 🙁

naa i lost interest after FF7. though i did buy FFX (for $10!). i couldnt play it because of all the FMV it has. so i won't bother buying any others. no point in it

FMV? FFX was a pretty decent game. I played it all the way through and enjoyed it.

i really enjoyed 7, 8 and 10 (never finsihed), i just got a ps2. so tempted to just buy 9 and 10.

is ff12 for ps2?

FFX2 has possibly THE worst storyline of any FF ever, but I like the gameplay. It's okay if you've played FFX.

If you haven't already, pick up FF7. It may be the best 100+ hours ever.

And yes, FF12 is for PS2.

well, I borrowed mine from a friend 😀

Another friend of mine has FF7, if it's worth so much I might be able to "borrow" it from him (he's never gonna play it again anyway)... we'll see about it, though.

EDIT: looks like he adamantly refuses 😀 "psh no". Oh well, it was worth a shot.

Friends? Family? My cousins have too many RPG's, they have every FF game ever released in the US, and some from Japan.

heh yeah i found out a few days ago. I wanted to get it again to replay it (had it when it came out) and was shocked at how much it was one ebay.

didn't think it was great, but I didn't think it was too bad either.

I found FF X-2 was too silly, compared to the seriousness of FF X

Plus, they removed what I loved from FF X. I loved the spheres. And I didn't like so much how in FF X-2 they changed roles like that.

The storyline was just dreadful too. First FF storyline that I was actually disappointed in. My standards are sky high thanks to all the previous FF games

damn, i wish i hadnt paid 23 dollars for it on ebay. yikes, wonder if i should even keep going with it.
