I want my bookmark row to be under the "File, Edit, View, etc. row.

How do I drag that bar down below?

I would also(if possible) like for the File, Edit, View, etc. row be at the very top above the Back and Forward buttons.

?

Well, what you're describing IS the default layout. So, how did you get your weird, freaky layout?

You might try this. Right click on a blank area of the toolbar space, select Customize, and click the button for Restore Default Set. I don't know exactly what that does; I've never used it.
