Why does 'My Menu' not quite line up with 'Private Messages' in FF? It lines up perfectly in IE :p

There's just this irritating lack of symmetry in the top left hand corner of the page that...well..i guess it irritates me :p like the way you can't stop poking a cut in your gum with your tongue :(

can i fix it?

nuh huh ;)

what i'm looking at is the 'My Menu' sticking out over the tabs below it..they are in line with each other, its the odd one out...and ther is like a hectare of white space after by menu, so it's not a space constraint..

freak ;)

He's right. Off by like 2 pixels. Same for the gray bars between posts.. they are 1 or 2 pixels too small.

Great, now that you fine folk pointed that out to me, I'm sure I'll notice it forever. :|

I suppose you could submit a bug report to Mozilla, though considering the problem, I guarantee nothing will happen. I submitted this bug and AFAIK, nothing's been done.

Use the https box instead of the http box, n00b.

I believe FF is rendering it correctly. The lock icon is 9px in width, while the > icon is 10px in width. After the space for both, it should not line up.

Ah, that's a better picture. I still think FF is rendering it correctly. The My Menu bar is in a div with a defined width of 154px. All the menu items beneath are in divs with a defined width of 150px.

Oddly, with the default theme, it renders them lined up even though the divs are defined the same. I guess it must be the different style sheets.
