Few tanning bed questions

I searched the archives and people seem to be divided on tanning bed usage. I just have a couple questions. Anyone with psoriasis use them? If so what were the results? The first time you go will you burn? How many times do you need to go to notice any difference?
 
I would go to the beach but the weather has been so crappy lately. Overcast...in Florida who woulda thought. Worst week for my spring break.
