1. I need to cut a hole in my Lian Li case to allow cables to go behind the motherboard tray. Question being what's the easiest/cheapest tool to use for this?

2. Looking for a 120MM Blue LED fan, what are some decent ones out there?

borrow a neighbor's drill bit. i would say some late yoons, but im not to sure about them since i never used one.

You'll need a hole saw.

LED fans aren't technically good fans. That being said, try SVC.
