Why does racism seem to only matter if the group as a whole does worse relative to other groups?

Your minded is as melted as taj and brandonbull. There is no coming back to sanity anymore.

Granted that is one example and it was dumped on by the House Republicans. This is out of Decades of border and immigration issues. It isn't all Republicans.

One example? Do you know how hard it is to pass major comprehensive legislation on polarizing topics such as immigration? It's very rare. And your team shot it down so in the future Donald Trump could basically call most immigrants from the south rapists, druggies and criminals and people like you will defend or explain it away. Because it works on your party, because the base is fundamentally racist.

There have been other attempts, just this got close.

cool starry brah.

some more facts you won’t find on fox

Well no shit.

Republicans place particular importance on border security and deportations of immigrants who are in the country illegally.

While Democrats place greater importance on paths to legal status for those who entered the country illegally – especially those who entered as children, according to a new Pew Research Center survey.

yep, because republicans fail to see the correlation between increase security meaning increase incidents.

so they didn’t do much except spread racists language during your boys 4 years, what’s their plan now?

more employee’s than ever, more incidents, but “wide open borders”, lol.

and that research shows exactly what R’s think about bringing people here, even legally. They don’t want ‘em

And yet way more people on the terror watch list have been apprehended at the border under Biden than under Trump. Curious...

Ah, can't address it I see. I find it funny that they assumed the people doing the promotions were Trumper racists, and then want the photos back implying they want lookism/racism as a factor anyway. And then people like you don't care because Elon is white and has a lot of money.

Nice propaganda piece.

Where did they attempt to fix the immigration problems?

Another sad comment on your respect for facts, isn't it? Which of those do you doubt? Forgive the abundant information there, but I tend to prefer pictures for people like you. You ignore direct questions and challenges here with regularity, so yeah I doubt your resolve when faced with the agony of more clicking. Did you even examine it honestly?

Probably not. You can't even bring yourself to address the easy to digest Medicare example I left you, that alone completely destroys the actual propaganda you cling to, the bullshit you use to rationalize voting for Team Treason. I picked a topic I thought would matter to a retiree. Speaking of, Dems are trying to expand SS benefits, while repugs want to scrap SS altogether. BothSides, right?

How many times now have you been smacked with an example you have no retort for? I've lost count, but your dedication to fail continues to amaze me.

I guess we will see in a week how the rest of America feels about all of Joe's great accomplishments.

As chants of "BUILD THAT WALL" are heard all around North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming.

Honestly as I've said before here more than once, the GOP taking charge won't have a whole lot of effect on my life directly either way because I'm old, white and male. (the GOP "triple-crown" lol)

Having said that, I'm STILL a strong Democrat because I know right from wrong AND I don't rely on social media to teach it to me!

We were hoping to see you not act like a coward.

No one has asked you to state more obtuse cop outs, you're simply being asked to acknowledge demonstrable facts or attempt to disprove them. You won't. Still can't bring yourself to face reality, just the standard 'election results decide the facts' vomit huh?

So pathetic.

I'm pathetic because I refuse to play your echo chamber game. I don't need to disprove or even attempt to as you and your fellow echo chamberites will just hand wave anything I post as faux news lies.

The pendulum has shifted or appears to be shifting. We will find out next week.

Are you better off than you were two years ago? Is America better off than it was two years ago?

I think there’s a decent argument that quite a few Americans are not better off than they were two years ago, although very little of that has to do with governance.

What I think is interesting is that the Republican Party has absolutely no plan to make things better. Their STATED plan (I can provide citations for all of this) is to:
1) increase taxes on the poor and middle class

2) cut taxes on the rich

3) once again ban Medicare from negotiating drug prices

4) cut social security

Again, these are their stated objectives! Now maybe you’re thinking they can’t do any of that because of Biden and you’re right but it’s still weird to vote for people based on the principle that the people you’re voting against will stop them from doing bad things.

Ask those same people "what will Republicans do to fix inflation?" Think they know?
To be fair their plan to raise taxes on the poor and middle class while cutting social security and Medicare would reduce inflation.

Then again their plans to cut taxes on the rich and force the government to again overpay for prescription drugs would increase it.

The more important thing to understand is how we got here. Remember who was mostly running the show in the three full years leading up to the pandemic.

And actually TWO years ago exactly I was VASTLY better off than I am right now however that was before 75% of the "IRL horror" of Covid.

I understand what you're saying about the "pile-on" mentality around here for anyone who doesn't "toe the party line" having been there myself more than once but don't let that cloud your judgement.

Considering what a large percentage of the GOP is saying in public right now in THIS election-year I'm not sure how anyone who has any idea what the constitution is really about could support the party as a whole.

Every American with blood-flow above the neck should be terrified.
