Ferrari F355 @ WOT vid

something feels wrong abotu the video. note how he goes from like 20 mph to maybe 100mph (the speedometer is at its 3:00 position), then he changes the gear, goes through the entire gear and maxes out that gear, but the speedometer is still at 3:00, although it looks like its going SLOWER. now, unless youc an upshift a car, max out its revs and stay at the same speed, especially KNOWING that the gear LOWER than it went from 20mph to 100mph in its gearspan.

fishy.

1. Slowing down without the brakes
2. The Ford GT can do the Quarter Mile without shifting out of first if I remember correctly.

3. THE SOUND..I would be reving that badroy like a MOFO if I knew it would sound like, well, "THAT."

The GT does 0-60 in first, on the 1/4 she has to shift though.

That's actually the tachometer you're looking at. If you examine the left gauge, you'll notice that one increases in a linear fashion, suggesting that one is the speedo.

I could not figure out how everyone was seeing the speedo. I could not make it out, but I can be blind. I thought it was obvious which was the tach. Geez.
