Are you flying down your lane if the right lane has a bunch of cars stuck in traffic?
That car wasn't "flying down traffic" and the car wasn't in the right most lane. The car was in he second lane from the right. And again, it was night time so seeing things on the side of the road at night is a lot different than the middle of the day when it's light out. It's not like a police stop at night where you see flashing lights from a long distance away.

When I'm driving the last thing I expect in the middle of the road is someone standing there. I've been driving for 18 years and I know exactly how many people I've seen standing in the middle of the road while I've been driving at night (and during the day) and it is 0.
