So I was checking on my in-laws rental unit the other day.. and saw one section of the fence was leaning.
The neighbors weren't home so I could just walked into the yard to check out the posts.


The pickets looked ok and the two posts from where I was looking alright too, so probably just need to straighten them up. Pour new concrete to make sure they are stable.
If the neighbors wants professionals to do it, hopefully it won't cost a lot. So I will have to stop by the rental again later this week and see if i can catch the neighbors.
