Why did it take 30-some posts for someone to notice the obvious (kudos to Aceman)? Men pee, they shake. Women pee, they wipe dry. Ergo, more TP used. And women pee more often than men - smaller bladders, more liquids consumed (not always, but in my observations). It's natural that women use more. Not to mention that women sometimes get damp for a reason other than urination. And have to dry.

Not only that, women aren't as fond of racing stripes in their underwear as men seem to be.

I used to live with 3 girls in an apt, damn talk about spending a ton on TP.

I think i ordered case loads from drugstore.com using their coupons every month.

and the cheap stuff? no way. they require the charmin ultra for that extra silky feeling.

Women often put up this front about being mature and not childish like men, BUT..... I think they relive some of their childhood fantasies in the bathroom. Why do you think they all run in there together? It's because they're putting the TP in the toilet and flushing it and seeing who can get the most down in one flush.

That's the only explanation I can think of. Even for the amount of wiping that they have to do, I can't imagine them having to use as much as I've seen used. My butt'd be RAW if I wiped as much as I'd have to in order to use up that much paper. Talk about ecological nightmare.

This thread reminded me of that beer commercial where these two guys are buying TP and a six pack but only have enough money for one of them. So, they opt for the beer and the girl asks if they want a receipt and they both say yeah!

i hate racing stripes, or dampness.... but i'm a guy... I am a maticulous folder, very maticoulous. some times, if theirs nuthin to read, I fold the little squares into origami, but a TP crane doesnt't fly very well.
