meh, I don't think they should charge her because it's really a community service. She is helping give every boy's fantasy into reality and if I was that boy, I would have been VERY VERY happy.

Now I really wish I didn't go to Catholic school through 9th grade. We had some hotties teaching for sure, but I reckon the priests were the only ones interested in us. 🙁
 
What I don't get these days is why these kids are such whiny p*ssies. I wouldn't have minded at all had a few select teachers in high school wanted to jump my bones.
 
I am hoping the kid was affected by this and it's not just the parents thinking 'OMG little Johnny was violated!'

Up until recently (about 3-4 years ago) I was out in clubs and bars alot, dating and whatever.

There was more than a few times some chick wanted to do something and luckily I found out she was underage. One time when 20 the girl was only 12...I had no idea, my friend was dating her friend who was 17, she friend knew, my friend was told she was 16.

She messed up when she said 'in a few years when I am able to drive I want a car like this....'

talk about shrinkage.

the night sucked. My friend ended up breaking up with his g/f over it. She thought it would be 'cool'.

Now this teacher and 13 years old, I'd be coming to class each day wishing she'd hold me back for a few hours of 'in-depth' study.

guy is probably at home now thinking 'my freaking parents!!!!!' plus his dating life is probably going to suck or be totally excellent depending on the roll of the dice on this one.

I can see it going either way...one way is miserable though.
