Hmmm....

There is about 35% females on my CS degree. Most of them are Muslim/Indian and we have a quite a bot of Chinese. But yeah CS is not the way forward for women. If you want women do Biology ENOUGH women in Biology.

The one (yes, singular) chinese female programmer we hired looked great on paper, had a masters... but then proceeded to be completely and utterly useless, and messed up a lot, so eventually she was fired. We've had two other female programmers, both were "meh" in programming ability. One got moved to management, the other into email broadcasting.
The one that got moved to management was actually pretty decent looking and had a nice body.
