fellow scientists: where do i find free/cheap scientific journals?

so i've graduated with a B.S in pharmacology (very similar to biochem) last may and i don't want my brain to freeze and go stupid... hopefully i'll read about something interesting and then go for PhD with it...?

i want to find some scientific journals that i can read... either online or printed, and preferably free or cheap.

so anyone knows any scientific journals except pub med online?

Go to your local college's medical/science library. They'll have everything you need there. Or, since I see you're in NYC, I'm sure the NYPL has them too.

i was thinking i can be lazy and not looking through archives of articles...?

and public library is out of the question since my local library (queens) closes at 8 the latest, and my daily grind is from 7am-7pm (including commute to and from LI)

i guess i'll only have pub med...

you can search scholar.google.com if you know what you are interested in

new england journal of medicine is also online for free i think

Where did you graduate from? Maybe they have online access of some sort, or they can arrange to send you stuff on loan. Good luck.
