Fellow drummers

*Raises Hand*

Me... me, me, me, me... me, me, me, me...me, me, me, bada, bang, ba, bada, bang, crash, pow! - repeat - (You'll hear the beat if you pause a while for "..." and only briefly for ",&quot😉

Now imagine with some fills, bit of work on the high hat, etc.. yum, I wanna play!! 🙂 It's too late tho, my parents would get just a bit ticked. :frown:

i'm thinking of learning
but i just dun see how u can play one beat with one hand and another with the other...
sigh. guess i just lack the talent.

did u guys all learn somewhere or picked it up by urself?
cos my neighbour has a set and he lets me play with it. 😛

I've taught myself. I taught myself the basics and learned the complexities on my own. It's alot of fun when you're given a pair of sticks and know someone else who plays bass. I'm also fortunate to have had a drum set to work with, even though it wasn't mine.

anyway, yes, I'm a drummer. Has anyone heard of the new line of drums from the makers of the original DW (Drum Workshop) kits? Apparently, one of the founders of DW has gone off on his own to setup a brand called Pork Pie. It's one of the best sets I've ever played on. --and that's saying a bit. 🙂 Check it out, if you've got time and can find them around.
