i'm sorry... it needs more work.

the fonts are still too small. yes they are small in firefox but they are still too small in IE. There is a huge gap between the heading and text. you might want to indent the text also. The doctor's profile needs to be redone. all i see is a huge block of text that no potential client is going to bother with. i'm not digging those asterisks, use bullets or something else. the email icon looks like it's hiding. under the faq, bold the questions or something to catch the eye. under equipment, most clients prefer to know what the equipment means for them.

i'll try and get something up that would show what i'm talking about in a little while.

edit: sorry, i reread your first post and see that you're working on the structure and not content. all i can say then is to work on some of the spacing stuff.
 
I saved your first page and did a little editing. go ahead and save the html and you can see how i set up the tables. i also edited the text.

i'm a huge fan of mambo. i'm doing this for my brother, so when i'm done, he can always go back in and edit content relatively simply.
