Guys - I won't waste your time explaining it, needless to say that Hollywood is a funny, funny place.

Mmm glad you asked. Here's what I found with my 3-4 min peek.

Ditch the table layout.
Lowercase tags please.
Don't assume Javascript is enabled with your onload attribute.
Don't use inline styles or have inline JS.
Use a universal reset for more consistency throughout browsers.
Flash/html intro pages are oldschool.
Ditch flash, use html.
Language attribute is deprecated in favor of type attribute.
Meta tags nowadays are pretty much useless.
Don't use the noscript element. Just have the HTML content and replace it with JS.
Don't use presentational elements such as bold (strong or em is fine).
The name attribute on img elements is deprecated. The name attribute should only be used for form inputs/selects/textareas.
Don't use the target attribute, use JS because opening in a new window is a BEHAVIOR.

-- More to come.. don't have time now.

Awesome!

I don't know what ANY of that stuff is - but damn it sounds complicated.

This is all through a lame template website but knowing that - it doesn't look too, too bad, right? I've had it up for a while now but I like feedback from time to time.

Don't use extraneous elements such as divs around your navigation unless you absolutely need to (that would go for a very graphical site ... which yours ISN'T).
I wouldn't use the @import because I wouldn't want to see the FOUC in IE (flash of unstyled content). It can happen if you dont have other link/script elements.. just use a regular link element with href attribute.
Your captcha's colors blow.
Use a fvcking background on your main wrapper or table, plain text on a solid background doesn't look so good.
Stylesheet could be organized a little better, try seperating base element selectors from specific selectors (common html elements at the top)
Block level elements take the full width of their parent element, no need to use width:100% on them.
I would try to use a different background/style on my navigation and have it all in one line.
9-10 pixel Verdana is sooo 2002-2004ish. What if some 40 year old is looking at your website trying to find your resume, but gets pissed off because he can't read all that crap easily.
Yes, I know it might look good to you (I'm 19 with good vision and it doesn't bother me that much) but for example my dad or some 40 year old guy would have problems reading that crap.
Use relative font sizing with ems... 62.5% + ems isn't bad (google clagnut 62.5%), that way users can resize text in IE.

Oh and, optimize your fvcking images.

That could probably be around 10 KB.. it's 59 KB.. WTF.

Your homepage image size is larger than two of my site's homepages put together. Resize that shit.

Plus, I know I'm being a little nitpicky but I hate images that still have the filename from when they were transferred from a camera.. also folder structure.. make it a little cleaner..

stuff.joshcallahan.com/images/myself/myself-large.jpg or something like that..

Are you starving or do you actually make money?

Not nearly enough :'(

My sister is an actress making a livable amount of money. She's taken her savings and gotten into real estate to make real money.

According to her the worst part about being an actor is only getting paid every time you do a job, so you have no idea how long you have to make your money last for.

Yeah, no kidding. Judging all of your photos, you must be looking to play "Asshole #2" or "Douchbag #5".

I just do what my agents tell me to do, kids.
