Feedback on AverTV Studio TV capture card?

Has anyone used the AverTV Studio tv capture card? I plan to purchase and install this to be able to watch TV using my PC. I am running Win98 with multiple monitors.

Will I be able to move the tv window to any monitor? In full screen mode? In windowed mode? Does it bog down the rest of the PC?

I am not sure how it works with multi monitor setups, but I have it and am very please with the quality of the hardware and software (drivers) under WinXP. No it does not bog down your system, in fact I am not sure it even consumes more than 2% of system resources for the TV. Obviously, capturing video or using time shift mode will require processing and hard drive activity. This is my third TV Tuner (Hauppuage, ATI) and I like it the best under XP.

Since I went ahead and bought and installed the card... for the record:

The TV window only works on the primary display. I can drag the TV window over to either of my secondary displays but the picture doesn't update.
