Ok anyone ever signed up for an online account with these people? I can get as far as the "fill out an account number" and it just keeps telling me it's invalid...why is this? :disgust:

How can you have an account number though when you're just trying to sign up for an account though? How the hell do you get an account number then? God fedex sucks....

Maybe because you signed up for a Ship Manager account and didn't read the part that the one you signed up for was for existing customers? You could try clicking on the big link that says "Welcome to Online Account Registration - Sign up for a FedEx Account Number and start shipping today."

Yea, FedEx sucks. Even my grandmother signed up for a FedEx online account. Moron.
 
Fedex is one of those sites that I can only get to work right with internet exploiter. I rarely use them because of this.

It's confusing to me is all...different parts of their site say different things. In one part it of the site it says the PRP can arrange for a home pickup(and the company I'm returning to said the same thing) and another part it says to find a dropoff. Now I figure out how to create an account and it says I'm not authorized for home pickups...and then when I was signing up it said all online services are available. The main problem to me is that well...my car is not exactly very big to be carting around huge boxes. I'll be avoiding them in the future that's for sure...UPS is just much better to deal with. 🙁
