Because of FedEx, the Memphis airport is like the 6th busiest airport in the US. That tells ya something right there!

Cool Video....I can't believe how fast the planes were landing before the storm! Whats with the one that returns to Texas?

Time lapsed? I think the one that is going to Texas is actually a shipment from the hub to Texas.

pretty cool. I honestly am amazed at how advanced our society can appear to be. The technology that allowed the airport to "see" the thunderstorm, guide planes around its most dangerous parts, and divert planes once the storm was over the airport simply amazes me.

That and that they can seamlessly land one plan after another.

They weren't landing that fast. The video was sped up.
