They haven't lost anything, you just have ants in your pants. Newegg + FedEx = You'll get it.

Ps. Stop feeding the n00b troll.

FedEx is the worst when it comes to recovering lost packages or replacing damaged packages. I don't know how many times I've been lied to by FedEx, yet, I still continue to use them. :p

Yeah, definitely get the name of the person you're talking to and write down the time.

I was just worried because they were shipped the same day, and one is in LA, and the other is in La Puente still.

Dear [Last Name],

After reviewing your account, the order number 9992610 has been shipped on 03/20 and 03/21 with tracking number 702646449790 and 702646607104. Please refer to www.fedex.com for most updated shipping information. After consulting with our warehouse manager, the delay was caused by our warehouse system error, we humbly apologize for this inconvenience might have caused you, I have made a credit request in amount of $10.00 back onto your visa card. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once the refund approved, please allow 3-5 business days for your credit card issuer to finalize the funds available onto your account.

Yay!

One time Fedex lost a package for my work and we had to reship it. The thing is the box was nearly the size of a refrigerator. How the hell do you lose a box that big?

It probably fell off the truck and they didn't want to be the ones blamed.
