I guess I really don't understand this. 58% of Michiganders said they wanted no race based considerations allowed in the admissions process but its unconstitutional because someone wanting to change the ban would have to follow the exact same procedure that were followed to put it in place? 😕 It seems to me that if both sides can change the law in the exact same way that would qualify as 'equal access to the tools of political change'

We were discussing the fact that married working women overwhelming would rather stay home with the children (even resenting men who are not man enough to provide this).
