I disagree. Well, I agree that suicide is the act of a selfish person, but I also think that at some point in life, even for a fleeting moment, most people think of suicide. Most people also quickly push the thought out of their heads because it's too absurd to follow through with. Some people have a harder time of doing that and do half-ass attempts. These people at least somewhat realize life is important and just need help to get through a rough time.

I mean heck, do you think people that take Paxil are failures at life as well?

And why should you get banned from these forums if you think about killing yourself? Everyone thinks of it sometimes, few actually do it. There really needs to be a zero tolerance policy (not just by the mods but also by all of us) on these suicide threads. There are too many good people on this board that can have their emotions played with by immature indviduals looking for attention.
