I was born on Feb 29 - 1984. I usually cheat and celebrate my birthday on the 28th. This year though I turned 21 and had to wait till Mar 1 to buy some alcoholic beverages.

I've made this thread twice I believe. Maybe only once, but I've asked this question at least twice in birthday related friends. And it was long enough ago that if you searched you'd find the answer.
