Is this chair any good? In general, I'd be disinclined
to believe a leather chair for $69 is any good at all.
In fact, I'd much rather have cloth that just about
any cheapo leather...

...but if someone else has purchased this chair and
can attest to its quality, this could be a good deal.

If you take a look at it (which you may have already) this is a task chair. You can only expect it to be as good as what it is, it's a task chair with no armwrests. The quality doesn't really appear to be all that great from the picture (I work for an office furniture company) and if they're reselling this chair at $70 minus coupons, there's no way this chair is worth buying unless you're just totally broke. There is a decent looking leather executive chair on sale on their site for $145, but I'm going to the B&M to see how it is first.
